Shipping Update: September 18 – October 8
Customers using our International warehouse should be aware of a temporary holiday schedule beginning September 18.
From September 18 until October 8, International orders may take additional time to process and reach their destination. Shipping will remain available, but the holiday period may result in minor delays compared with our usual processing and delivery times.
If you are preparing to place an International order, we recommend ordering in advance whenever possible and allowing some extra time for processing and delivery during these dates.
USA Warehouse Operating as Usual
Customers ordering through our USA warehouse are not affected by this holiday schedule. The USA warehouse will remain operational, with order processing and shipping continuing normally throughout the period.
- International Warehouse: Additional processing and delivery time may be required from September 18 until October 8
- USA Warehouse: Open and shipping normally throughout the entire period
Normal International operations are expected to resume after the holiday period. Thank you for your patience and for taking the temporary schedule into account when planning your orders.
