Here's how to accurately measure your starting dose of 0.25 mg using a 1 mL (100 unit) insulin syringe after reconstitution:

Add 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to the 5 mg vial. Resulting concentration: 5 mg/mL (each 1 mL = 5 mg semaglutide).

Draw to the 5-unit mark on your 1 mL (100-unit) syringe. 5 mg = 5000 mcg (1 mg = 1000 mcg). 0.25 mg = 250 mcg.

250 mcg ÷ 5000 mcg/mL = 0.05 mL (which equals 5 units on a 100-unit syringe).

If you want to start with .25mg which is what I was told to start with when I was for one month covered for ozempic and I have 1ml syringe, how do I convert that? What would that be on the syringe?

I didn't receive a vile a water. I received a small bottle of powder and four blue pills in a pack. I don't know what that is or what I do. Please help

It comes along with bacteriostatic water, so you can mix it, if you use 1 mL of bac water to mix, then you will get 5 mg of Semagltuide per 1 mL

how can you inject this if it is a powder?

Has anybody mixed this? Do they have instructions on how to do this properly?

Does this come in the liquid form or the freeze dried form?
