Letrozol

Letrozol oral drug is considered to be the third generation aromatase inhibitor that attaches to the aromatase enzyme and prevents it from converting androgens to estrogen. In medicine it is used to treat certain types of breast cancer in women after menopause. Bodybuilders and athletes are using it in post steroids’ cycle therapy to counter the negative side effects of anabolics use. Letrozol has a half-life of 2 -4 days.

Main side effects: blood clots, sudden shortness of breath, chest, jaw, weakness, numbness in the arms or legs, slurred speech, weakness on one side of the body, vision changes, sudden, confusion, coughing up blood, hair loss, joint, bone, muscle pain, tiredness, unusual sweating and nausea.
