How to place an order ?

Here are some tips on how to place an order at RoidsMaLL store:

  1. First, you need to make an account by completing the registration form, if you already have an account, then sign in.
  2. Check all classes of products we have on our site.
  3. If you have found the correct item you need, select the amount you need and click on "BUY NOW" button.
  4. Visit the shopping cart by clicking the "Edit" button, your shopping cart is available in the top right corner, only after you have added some items to the cart. Alternatively you can visit this link.
  5. Double-check if products from the cart are the ones you need, here you can edit the ordered amount, and if you have credit on your account balance, then you can check the box "Pay with Balance", then proceed to checkout by clicking on "Order Now".
  6. Now you are at Checkout Step 1, here you have to agree with our terms and conditions, then click on "Continue" button.
  7. Now you are at Checkout Step 2, here you have to fill your shipping address where the order will be sent, if you do not see your country in the list, then contact us, and we will assist you in this matter. After filling the required info, click on "Continue" button.
  8. Now you are at Checkout Step 3, here you have to double-check if your shipping address is correct, if everything is OK, then click on "Continue" button.
  9. Here you can see the available payment methods for this order, choose the one which better suits you. If you can't select some payment method, then it is not available for this order or account. After choosing a payment method, follow the instruction provided on that page, we kindly ask to read carefully the instructions, most payment methods require to be confirmed by you, except crypto-payments, after sending funds, each payment method has a special form which needs to be completed by you, without this info we won't know that you have submitted funds.
  10. After submitting payment information (if you have paid with crypto-currencies, then there is no need to submit payment info), you will see that your order has the shipping status "Pending" and payment status "Verification", this means that we have accepted your order, and before processing it, we need 2-4 business days to confirm your payment. The fastest way to confirm payments, is to use Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin. Once your payment was confirmed, the status of payment on your order should change to "Paid" or "Semi-Paid" (if there weren't sent enough funds to cover the shipping fee and gear costs).
  11. Now your order is being processed, if the payment status is "Paid". We need a few business days to pack and send your order to the mail carrier.

How to edit/modify my order?

To edit your order, click on "My Orders" and next to the required order click on "Edit Order", here you can modify the amounts or exclude products. If you want to add a product to this order, then click on "Continue Shopping" and feel free to add desired products to the cart. The next step is click on "Order Now" after visiting your shopping cart, which is always available in the top right corner.

Do you require an order amount limit?

We do not require an order amount limit, but some payment methods are not available for orders under $100. We encourage you to place an order in any amount you wish.

What does it mean payment status "Verification"?

This means that we have received information from you about your payment, and we are verifying it. Once your payment was confirmed, the status of payment on your order should change to "Paid" or "Semi-Paid" (if there weren't sent enough funds to cover the shipping fee and gear costs). Usually we need 1-4 business days to confirm payments, if there is weekend or holiday, then please give us a couple of extra days.

Where is my order?

If your order has the shipping status "Shipped", then you can find the tracking number in the order details. Usually, we are notifying you by email with detailed shipping info, including tracking numbers. Always make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

How long does it take to process my order?

Usually, after we confirm payments, we need 2-7 business days, except weekends or holidays. Some times there might be delays at the shipping location, so we will need a couple of extra days.

Why my order has the shipping status "Semi-Shipped"?

This means that your order was split in multiple packages, as it is being sent from different locations, as soon as we send all products, the status should change to "Shipped".

What if a product is out of stock?

If you have already paid for a product which is out of stock, then you should contact us, and we will assist you in this matter by offering a replacement product with the same quality, quantity and dosage.
