DIET

First things first. As a newbie you must make SURE that you're diet is on the money. When we say diet we don't mean diet as in to drop fat, we mean you're overall food consumption. You need to know how to eat correctly and in accordance with your goals. Bulking or cutting it doesn't matter. Diet is the most important factor in making an AAS cycle work the way it is supposed to. You need to know the proper foods to eat, in the proper amounts and at the right times. We suggest doing basic diet research until you have a good understanding of eating correctly. Don't even think about starting your first cycle until you have done this otherwise you will be wasting your money and ruining what could have been a great first cycle.

AAS

It is our opinion that a first cycle should be bulking, always. If you feel you need to drop some fat then cut naturally using ECA, low carb high pro diets and lots of cardio. Don't waist your first cycle on trying to cut up mass you don't have is what we are trying to say. Once you feel you are at a low enough BF% then is time to choose a bulk cycle.

Here is a bulk cycle that we feel are the most effective overall. It is simple and very cost effective. The weight gain numbers we quoted are averages, individual results will vary. This is of course assuming you are running the correct diet.

*Notes: Keep nolvadex on hand just in case. A small dose [.25-.50mg ED]of Arimiplex ED will keep the water retention down and estrogen levels in check decreasing your chances of gyno symptons. You can also use Test Cyp instead of Test Enth.

• Apr 29, 2021 (03:24) 1 - Testaplex is recommended to use twice per week, for example one shot on Monday 150 mg (0.6 cc) and the second one on Thursday 150 mg (0.6 cc)
  
  2 - Everyone's body reacts different on Testosterone injections, if you think you're prone to gyno or have issues with puffy nipples, then you should take Arimiplex every day for the first 10 weeks, you can take it after meals, it doesn't matter at which time of the day.
  
  .25 - it is 1/4 tablet
  
  .50 - it is 1/2 tablet

  I have some questions about this Beginner's Cycle #1.
  
  First, it says 300mg/week of the Testaplex, for 10 weeks. The package includes 20 syringes to use over that 10 week period. Does that mean I should take 150mg twice per week, evenly spaced between injections, so that I use two syringes a week... for a total of 20 syrignes over the ten weeks? Or do I take the 300mg once per week and I'll have 10 syringes left over after 10 weeks?
  
  Second, I don't understand about the Arimiplex. I see it says that .25 to .50 mg will keep water retention down. The tablets are 1mg and there are 50 tablets included. Am I supposed to take it only if I think I have water retention, or am I supposed to take it every day? Throughout the entire cycle, or only part of it? Take it only once a day? If so, then what time of day? Any guidance?
