Wait time for this company to pick up payment sometimes takes 4 to 7 days, it would be nice if it was somewhat faster or use of credit card was available, but orders always come thru, so the end result is satisfactory.Customer Support

It takes days for a reply and when I forgot my password I never received an email when I clicked on forgot password, I had to open new account to let you know I received my order, but I did receive my order and was happy with product.Shipping
